The refrain that she and her government are being unfairly targeted is nothing new for Mayawati. For every fresh case, she has an excuse. Maywati says her govt is a victim of conspiracy. But the family members of the victims say that she perhaps forgets that rape is a crime. And she should be doing something about tackling it.
