India News: CP Joshi has replaced Pawan Kumar Bansal at the Railway Ministry. Joshi also holds the charge of Road Transport and Highways Ministry. Joshi has held the Railway portfolio as temporary charge last year after the exit of Trinamool Congress nominee Mukul Roy.
