IPL 2013 Spot Fixing: The Press Trust of India reported that test cricketer S. Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila, and Ankeet Chavan of the Rajasthan Royals were arrested by the Delhi Police for spot-fixing in Season 6 of the Indian Premier League, the popular Twenty-20 championship.
Times Now reported that seven bookies have also been arrested.

The arrests took place immediately after the players returned to their team hotel, following their match against Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede stadium.
