India News: Due to heavy rainfall in Uttarakhand, more than 60 jawans are stuck in Kedarghati. CM Vijay Bahuguna has asked for help from the army. Also, the food supply is not able to reach the victims in Uttarakhand. Many have fallen victims of diarrhoea and lack of medical resources is forcing the doctors to give up.
