India News: Supreme Court has given a shocker to the politicians and the MPs by cancelling the Representation of People's Act 8 (4). As per the law, from now on if any member of the parliament or politician is accused of a crime leading to imprisonment for minimum of two years, his membership in the assembly will get over immediately.

All the political parties of India have been traumatized by the announcement made by the Supreme Court, as the decision leaves no option for the accused politicians who still hold some kind of a position in their respective party. Also, they have no means to challenge the government from now on.
