Ingredients:
For Methi Khakra:
150 gms Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Gram Flour
Dried Fenugreek Leaves, crushed
Turmeric powder
Salt
Red Chilli powder
2 tbsp Oil
For Jeera Khakra:
150 gms Wheat Flour
1 tbsp Gram Flour
Salt
Cumin seeds, roasted
2 tbsp Ghee
Water
Method of preparation:
For Methi Khakra:
In a bowl, add wheat flour, gram flour, dried fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, mix them well and add oil.
Add water and knead it into a dough.
Keep the dough aside to rest for 10 minutes.
For Jeera Khakra:
In a bowl, add wheat flour, gram flour,salt, cumin seeds, ghee, water and knead it into a dough.
Keep the dough aside to rest for 10 minutes.
Dust some flour on the board, make small balls of the respective dough and flatten it.
Roll the dough thin.
Heat a pan, place the respective khakra's on it and cook it on medium to low flame.
Once it's ready, transfer it to a plate.
Similarly make other Khakra's as well.
