The Magistrate's court in Ahmadabad has said the SIT's report on the Gulbarga massacre case is to be made available to complainant Zakia Jafri. The court asked the SIT to make the report available to Jafri within a month. The SIT lawyer later clarified that Zakia Jafri can get the report only after the SIT has submitted all documents to the court and after they have been examined. However, the court categorically rejected the arguments given by the counsels of two other petitioners - Teesta Setalvad and Mukul Sinha -- seeking a copy of SIT's report.
