The fourth phase of Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections will be held today. Lucknow is the main focus of the poll where the Bharatiya Janata Party is missing the charisma of former chief minister Atal Behari Vajpayee. Today's elections are also a test for the influence of Sonia Gandhi, son Rahul Gandhi and the SP's Akhilesh Yadav.
