Time is running out for abducted BJD MLA, Jhina Hikaka in Odisha as the Naxals presented him before their Kangaroo court. This even as the Odisha government agreed to give into the Maoists's demands, agreeing to free 13 hardline naxals in exchange of the MLA. But the Naxals have so far rebuffed government's overtures.
