Lawyer Ram Jethmalani today lashed out at the Aam Aadmi Party describing it as a "B" team of Congress. He also alleged that AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal was close to Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi. Jethmalani was addressing a gathering of Modi for Lawyers. He said, I have found Rahul Gandhi unsuitable at all for the PM Office.

"When the Aam Aadmi Party was formed, I not only welcomed it but also gave them a handsome donation. "But recently, Arvind Kejriwal sent me a four-line letter in which he abused me. Kejriwal's party's founding father (Prashant Bhushan) once told me that Kejriwal was close to Rahul", said Jethmalani. The noted lawyer alleged that CBI was misued against Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi. Even some judges were also misused to work against Modi, he alleged.
