The Congress's third list of candidates for the Lok Sabha election is likely to be announced on March 18, sources said on Sunday. The grand-old party is facing problems with many of its senior leaders reluctant to contest the elections. Union minister Manish Tewari has also joined the list citing his ill health. Tewari was admitted to a hospital here after suffering from hearing ailment.
