The Srinagar Police averted a major tragedy last night. When they detected a car, laden with nearly 100 kilos of IED. The abandoned Maruti car was parked on the Nowgam bypass road, the vehicle was towed away to an open area and traffic on the road suspended as a precautionary measure.
