Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi will address three election rallies in the Northeast today in Kohima, Sonitpur and Dibrugarh. A banned terrorist outfit National Democratic Front of Bodoland (S) has given a 12-hour bandh call in Sonitpur district today to register its protest. Rahul Gandhi will address the election rally at Biswanath Chariali ground at around 1 pm.
