Noose tightens around former Maharashtra Chief Ministers in Adarsh Housing society scam. Union Minister of Science & technology and former Maharashtra CM Vilasrao Deshmukh's interrogation for the day gets over but it will continue on wednesday. Like Sushil Kumar Shinde, Vilasrao Deshmukh also blamed his bureaucrats for not pointing out the details of papers to him. To most questions he said he was not aware or did not know, Vilasrao passes the buck, blames the then revenue minister Ashok Chavan for the scam. While the commission has already concluded that the land belonged to the state government and not the Ministry of Defence, it is now looking into whether any rules were flouted while granting various clearances to the society.
