Kailash Jakhar a key accused in the murder of midwife-nurse Bhanwari Devi who had escaped from police net has been nabbed again. Jakhar, 21, is a key member of the gang led by dreaded criminal Bishna Ram that allegedly burnt Bhanwari's body and disposed off the remains in a canal. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has written to the Rajasthan chief secretary CK Mathew suggesting the state government to conduct the trial in the Bhanwari Devi murder case through video conferencing.
