Narendra Modi after casting his vote in Ahmedabad, flew to Bihar where he addressed a massive Bharat Vijay Rally in Ujiyarpur of Samastipur district, Bihar. Following this public meeting the BJP's prime ministerial candidate is to address another rally in the Chhapra.

During his speech, Modi brought up the bomb blasts that struck his rally in the city of Patna. He said the blasts had targeted him but God protected him, implying that he remained safe in order to be able to serve a purpoose. Modi said, "If God protected me, then it is this land in Bihar that will make me win on May 16."
