Absconding former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda, accused of abetting the suicide of an ex-employee, evaded police for the third day on Friday even as there was speculation that he may surrender in a Delhi court on Monday. Fresh raids were conducted at Kanda's residence in Sirsa on Thursday night and sleuths questioned his relatives but he could not be located, a senior police official said.
