Supreme Court today lashed out at the UPA government over leak of Nira Radia tapes. The SC slammed govt for failing to device a mechanism for preventing the leak of phone-tapped conversation. The Govt. argued before the court that they were not to be blamed for leakage of Radia Tapes. The court expressed it dissatisfaction on the inquiry report filed by Central Govt.
