The 'Jalsatyagraha' in protest against non-implementation of Supreme Court directive on rehabilitation of people affected by submergence of land, entered 13th day at Ghogahalgaon and Barkhalia villages today. The villagers have been protesting by standing in water that has submerged land in their villages as the state government allowed water level in the Indira Sagar and Omkareshwar dams to be raised. Addressing the agitators, Narmada Bachao Andolan leader, Alok Agrawal said that the condition of those protesting by standing in water has worsened as they remained in it for the last 13 days.
