In a bid to stop the Government employees to participate in the three-day long mega Chintan Shivir of the RSS, the Rajasthan Government on Wednesday issued orders banning the participation of its employees in the event starting from September28. Citing the service rules of 1971 for employees, the circular, which have been sent to head of the departments and District Collectors, said that that disciplinary action could be taken against them if they attended the event. Under the rules, no Government employees can attend function of the RSS and bodies affiliated to it.
