Delhi Police arrested one person in connection with the heist of Rs.5.25 crore from a cash van in south Delhi. Earlier on Saturday, investigators recovered two empty cash trunks from from Khirki village at around 7:30 AM after security guards in the area reported the matter to them. A senior police official said they were probing whether the criminals had any local links as the cash van was abandoned in Hauz Rani in south Delhi and the cash trunks were left in a nearby village. Sources said they have examined the CCTV footages and were zeroing in on some criminals.
