Delhi and District Cricket Association has come under fire from the cricketing fraternity.Several former Indian cricketers have come down hard on the functioning of the cricket body...calling it improper. The latest among those who have fired a salvo against DDCA is former all-rounder - Kirti Azad...He alleges that DDCA has around 1900 proxy members and 40 percent of its staff is fake. He further claims that all payments were done without taking permission from the Registrar of Companies. Azad also alleges that DDCA has no particular rules for tenders and no register for attendance. Azad has found support against the DDCA in former cricketers like Surinder Khanna, Maninder Singh, Gurcharan Singh, Rajinder Pal and Bishan Singh Bedi. Bedi claimed these irregularities happen under the very eyes of the the Association's president - Arun Jaitley..
