Metropolitan court has curtailed Zakia Jafri's right to file protest petition observing that the court has already given ample opportunities to the complainant to file the protest petition in time and court cannot give unlimited time. The complainant however opposed to the court's order claiming that this order will be affected by the order which may be passed by the supreme court, during the hearing of SLP which is listed on December 3. Hearing on closer report to take place on december 5.
