Over 100 party workers took part in the procession that started from Kherwadi Junction signal to Prabhat Colony. While clean roads and maintenance of proper sewage system were their primary demands, construction of bridges, hospitals and schools also made the list.

But the protestors forgot to follow what they demanded and littered the surroundings before dispersing. Water was distributed to these participants, while Dutt and a few senior Congress leaders went inside the BMC office to discuss their demands with ward officer of H-East.
