Sacked Uttarakhand Minorities Commission chief Sukhdev Singh Namdhari who has been booked for the murder of Hardeep Singh, the brother of liquor baron Ponty Chadha, who was also killed in the shootout at a farmhouse in Delhi last month will be produced in court. The police believe that the bullets that killed Hardeep Singh, came from Namdhari's gun. But Namdhari's council claims he fired at Hardeep in self defence. And even though the police have booked him for murder, they will investigate the self defence angle. Namdhari has been sent to 3-day police custody.
