Accused in the sensational ponty and Hardeep chaddha murder case, Sukhdev Singh Namdhari has been charged with murder under SEC 302 OF IPC. Namdhari has been sent to three day police custody. The 5 arrested in trespass and kidnapping case, Bhupinder, rajpal, anand, mathura, satnam have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Police had sought 7 days police custody of Namdhari. However, the Court granted a 3-days police custody.
