Prime Minister Manmohan singh talked tough on the tensions on LoC. He signaled the breakdown in ties with Pakistan. PM said that after this barbaric act there cannot be business as usual with Pakistan. He further added that those responsible for the mutilation of soldiers will have to be brought to book. Asked about Pakistan being in denial mode, he said that he hopes Pak realises its mistake.
