No relief for Italian Marines accused in the killing of two Indian fishermen. The apex court passing its judgement on the plea of the marines seeking to quash the FIR filed by the Kerala police held that, though Kerala had no jurisdiction to try the case, the two marines will have to be tried by a special court. The order also held that the Centre would create the special court in consultation with the Chief Justice of India.
