Delhi Police has registered a case of attempt to murder against owner of a truck after his driver tried to run over the vehicle on JCP (traffic) Satyender Garg and DCP (south, traffic) Prem Nath. Last night senior officers were on patrolling when they flagged down this truck but the driver tried to run away from the spot and in the process senior officers who were on duty narrowly escaped. Driver is absconding but owner has been arrested. Police suspect it was part of illegal sand mafia ops.
