BJP leader Vasundhara Raje will take on the charge of the office of the Rajasthan state chief at the party's office today at 11: 15 am Jaipur. Party sources say that a chopper has also been booked for floral showers on this occasion. BJP president Rajnath Singh on Saturday 2nd February had announced her name as the new state unit chief in Delhi. Raje will lead the party in the assembly polls scheduled in the state this year and would be its chief ministerial candidate in case the party returns back to power.
