Jaipur police commissioner has confirmed identity of Bitti Mohanty, saying it would take at least a fortnight for them to lay their hands on Bitti. Bitti to remain in custody of Kerala police till then. A Kerala Police team met police officials in Odisha to gather evidence to prove that the man arrested by them was Bitti Mohanty who jumped parole in 2006 after his conviction for raping a German woman.
