Will Salman Khan spend tonight behind bars or in the comforts of his Galaxy Apartments residence in Mumbai? The Bombay High Court will today decide whether or not to extend the interim bail of actor Salman Khan in the 2002 hit and run case. On Wednesday, Salman was convicted by the sessions court to 5 years of jail, after being found guilty of all charges. But 3 hours later, in a major coup, the actor managed to evade jail by getting an interim bail order passed by the Mumbai High Court over a technicality.
