Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday said the party will start a campaign against the government’s flawed Make in India programme.

Gandhi, who was addressing a meeting of the party’s student wing, the National Students’ Union of India, also accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led National Democratic Alliance government of trying to thwart an “internal dialogue” in the country.
