stranded due to landslides triggered by incessant rainfall. The pilgrimage to four temple towns of Kedarnath, Badrinath,
Gangotri and Yamunotri attracts hundreds of thousands of devotees every year.
Talking about the falling of rocks and cracks near the Varnawat Mountain, Sub-divisional magistrate of Uttarkashi
district, Hari Giri, said that Geo-scientists were inspecting the area.
