A one-man inquiry commission set up by the Uttar Pradesh government to probe the Muzaffarnagar communal Wednesday submitted its report to Governor Ram Naik. More than 60 people had died and over 40,000 displaced in the riots that broke out in Muzaffarnagar and adjoining districts two years ago.
