The gloves are off between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad. Offended by the Prime Minister's Shaitaan remark against Lalu, the RJD is planning to approach the Election Commission. A delegation of RJD leaders will be going to the EC office in Patna to lodge a formal complaint against the PM.
