The policeman who had outraged Ahmedabad by harassing teenaged girls at the Kankaria Carnival has been finally identified. Maninagar police detained him late on Monday evening. As per primary information, he has been identified as Ramsinh, a 47-year-old posted as a constable at Danilimda police station. He has been booked under relevant sections of the IPC for sexual abuse and misbehaviour.
