Workers of Delhi Municipal Corporation (MCD) today protested outside Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal‘s residence and decided to go on a three-day strike from today over non-payment of dues. Sanitation workers of the city’s civic bodies demanding payment of their salaries and arrears staged a demonstration at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence today. Over 1.5 lakh MCD employees including sanitation workers and other employees of the three municipal corporation — NDMC, SDMC and EDMC — will go on strike from today, protesters said.
