A man was tied to the window of a moving train, stripped to his underwear and beaten mercilessly by three youths just for the sake of drinking water without taking permission. The shocking footage shows that the man has been tied to window of the train, being beaten and abused by some people. What is more horrific is that the man remained in the same state for distance of as much as 200 KM between Itarsi and Jabalpur station. The victim, Sumit, was beaten up by three men after his father, Raghunath Kachi drank water from their bottle. The authorities and other passengers acted as mute onlookers while the brutality was taking place. The person was only rescued by some station vendors when the train arrived at the destination.
