Oindrila's death continues to shroud in mystery as police has so far failed to lead the investigation to a logical conclusion. Meanwhile Church of North India, the Governing Council of Christ Church School has started its independent probe but has already ensured support and solidarity to the principal who was released on bail on Monday.
A Church has backed school principal in ragging-death case. Church has dismissed parents anger, terming it as hooliganism. Christian schools have decided to down shutters in protest against principal's arrest. Archbishop has termed Oindrila death as unfortunate but expressed anguish over vandalism at school and over one thousand Christian schools will be shut in protest.
