Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar admitted that deadly Uri attacks could have taken place due to security lapses. "Something may have gone wrong there. It is a sensitive matter. I believe in zero error," said the Defence Minister.

Manohar Parrikar also added that steps would be taken to prevent such incidences in future.
