J&K Terror Attack: Yesterday's terror attack in Jammu is another sign of a shift in Pakistan's infiltration strategy to extend the arc of terror.The infiltration focus has extended beyond Kashmir valley to the area south of Pir Panjal. This is proved by Indian satellite images showing infiltration in the southern parts of the LoC.
