As the cash rush following govt's demonetisation move enters day 11 banks across the nation have decided to serve only their customers today. But this directive does not apply to senior citizens who could exchange cash at the counters at any bank of their choice meanwhile RBI too has issued some guidelines to ease the cash rush. All transaction charges at ATMs have been waived off till December end.
