Voting in 51 assembly constituencies in the fifth phase of the seven-phase election in Uttar Pradesh elections begins on Monday. Over 1.84 crore voters will use their franchise in the tight contest between the Samajwadi Party (SP)-Congress alliance, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP). As many as 43 women contestants are in the fray in these 51 segments spread across 10 districts of Bahraich, Basti, Balrampur, Gonda, Sant Kabeernagar, Shrawasti, Siddharthnagar, Sultanpur, Faizabad and Amethi.
