In a major hit to the rape-accused UP Minister Gayatri Prajapati, a non-bailable warrant (NBW) has been issued against him as well as six of his other associates on Saturday evening. Commenting on the matter, ADG (law and order) Daljit Chaudhary said, “Passport of rape accused UP minister Gayatri Prajapati impounded”. The ADG further added that raids are being conducted in Lucknow, Kanpur, Amethi to trace the accused and his associates. Also, a lookout notice has been issued to track down the accused. In order to nab the accused, UP police today conducted search operations for the tainted minister in Kanpur.
