DMK chief M Karunanidhi on Sunday reiterated his call for boycott of the upcoming Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Sri Lanka saying at least after seeing the chilling video of the Tamil TV presenter Isai Priya's murder by Sri Lankan army, the UPA government at the Centre must not participate in the summit.
