Union Power Minister Piyush Goyal has issued a stern warning to officials in Uttar Pradesh and asked them to either ensure zero corruption or resign immediately. In a video posted by news agency ANI on YouTube, Goyal says, “Change your habits… change your expenses… I am saying this for the linemen, inspectors, quality checkers and contractors… anyone who has problem with the new system should just resign and get out.” According to sources, Goyal conducted a surprise visits at Power Finance Corporation office in Uttar Pradesh.
