According to highly placed sources in Party, the Committee finalizing the tour programme of high profile BJP leader in a meeting at Union Capital cleared December 1 for Mr Modi's rally at Jammu.

Sources however said that the venue will be decided by the State Party leadership in consultation with administration and security agencies later as Mr Modi is in high security risk category among the national leaders.
