The CBI advocates RK Saini, who had argued the case before the Ghaziabad special court said that the court was convinced that the couple have murdered their daughter and the domestic help Hemraj.

He said "circumstances prove that they have done it. Nobody else has done it. It was not possible for the others to do it. The CBI has done a thorough probe".
