Coming out strongly against the Communal Violence Bill, BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi has termed it as ill-conceived, poorly drafted and a recipe for disaster. The Gujarat Chief Minister has joined chief ministers of West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha in opposition to the bill which they allege is a violation of India's federal structure.
